We are a bulk billing clinic.  All patients with a valid Medicare card will be bulk billed.

Fees may apply for services not covered by Medicare and procedures. Speak to reception for more information.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebate-able.

I graduated at the University of Dundee, Scotland, UK in 2011. I completed my foundation training and specialist GP training in Glasgow, UK. In addition to General Practice I have worked in a range of specialities during my training – General Medicine, Rheumatology, Vascular and General Surgery, Oncology, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine. I am a member of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and am a good standing member of the General Medical Council in the UK. I have a keen interest in Rheumatology, Psychiatry, management of back pain along with aesthetic procedures – botox and dermal fillers. I can also perform steroid joint injections to wrists, shoulders and knees.
I studied preclinical medicine at St Andrews University (Scotland) and completed my medical training at Manchester University in 2002. I then worked extensively in adult hospital medicine and was proud to become a Member of the Royal College of Physicians in 2006. Following further training, I became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners in 2008. I then worked for 10 years as a GP in the UK and moved to Melbourne in 2019. Alongside this, I am passionate about medical education and have worked in a variety of roles at Manchester and Liverpool Universities as well as with the General Medical Council. I have also completed 2 formal qualifications in medical education. I am experienced in all areas of General Medicine. My approach is to listen, discuss, inform and involve patients in making decisions about their care

Dr Lauren O’Kane completed her medical training at Bristol University in the UK in 2012. Since then, she has worked in different parts of the UK and moved to Melbourne in April 2019. She has been a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners since 2018. Her main areas of interest are mental health and caring for people with long term health conditions.

Hi all, I completed my General Practice Training in Sheffield, England. I have experience in palliative medicine, medicine of the elderly, family medicine, emergency medicine, respiratory medicine, gastroenterology and Woman’s health. I have been a doctor for over 10 years working throughout the UK before I made the move to Melbourne in 2016.
