MyClinic Mulgrave bulk bills appointments Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm. Appointments after 5 pm are privately billed.

Private billing and fees will apply for the following, please call the clinic to make appointment for these services –

  • Iron Infusions
  • Full Skin Checks
  • Contraception insertion and removal
  • Ear Syringing
  • Work related medicals

The clinic offers child immunisations, skin checks, travel health, on site pathology, minor procedures, sexual health, preventative health assessments and all your general health needs. The clinic is accredited to give yellow fever vaccinations. We have both female and male doctors available.
Direct Billing for o/s students available for students with a current card for the following – NIB, BUPA, Medibank, AHM, Allianz, Iman. Please bring your card to each consultation to allow us to direct bill. Some fees may apply.

Cancellation Policy – We understand that a patient my need to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we respectfully ask that cancellation of a scheduled appointment be done at least 6 hours in advance. Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not attend a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.

We require a minimum of 6 hours notice of cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Otherwise you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. The cancellation fee is not Medicare rebate-able.

If you fail to attend an appointment without notifying the clinic in advance, you may be blocked from booking appointments.



Our Doctors

Ebrahim graduated from medical school in 1999 in Iran, he has worked in Gippsland, Victoria from 2006 to 2011 since then he has been working mainly as a locum GP and had frequently travelled interstate to work in aboriginal communities. He enjoys all aspects of general practice especially mental health and chronic disease.
Dr Hartono graduated from Melbourne University in 2006.
She spent a few years training with Monash Hospital before deciding to do general practice. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and background with a wide range of medical problems.
She values continuity of care in her practice, getting to know patients and emphasizing in preventative medicine.

She is interested in all aspects of general medicine, children’s health, women’s health including pap smear, implanon insertion/removal, travel medicine and mental health.
When she’s not working she loves spending time with her two children.
Speaks fluent English and Indonesian
